• Prepare correspondence emails, letters, statements, documents, and reports
• Draft the company's policies, regulations, and rules, and supervise the implementation.
• Manage filing and document control for company policies, regulations, SOPs, contracts & agreements, reports, and other administrative documents.
• Possess legal knowledge and liaise with lawyers when required.
• Fully in charge of the administration department and managing administrative issues for the company.
• Process administrative work related to government authorities, associations, the company’s head office, customers, and visitors.
• Handle administrative and logistical arrangements for customers and visitors.
• Organize events by coordinating with relevant departments for planning and implementation.
• Collect training requirements from relevant departments, prepare the company training plan, and supervise its implementation.
• Collect and arrange daily and weekly activities for company management.
• Manage vehicles and drivers for the company.
• Provide backup support for colleagues in IT and HR positions.

JOB PURPOSE:

1. The role is to implement and promote the Yokogawa Group mid-term plan under Global Sustainability 2028

2. To optimize the entire SCM by strengthening cooperation between production & sales, the tole to promote and deploy various measures and solutions to Asia, India and the Middle East with a focus on Singapore.

3. Coordinate and execute Total Productivity Improvements (Optimization) for Yokogawa Groups, so as in order to maximize their capabilities.

4. Plan, execute and Promote the implementation of New Yokogawa Production System (NYPS) activities and concept so as to ensure Yokogawa's group's productivity is effectively meeting the TOP Management’s target on FC/SP.

5. Plan, Design and Develop Processes Automation to meet the implementation of NYPS processes revolution.

Job Scope

1) NYPS Activities

• a) Promotes and assist in Junken activities within Yokogawa's Affiliates' Departments/sections.
• b) Plan, administer and manage NYPS activities inclusive of NYPS training and budget
• c) Support Department/line support in carrying out actual NYPS improvement
• d) Provide as consultation role in supporting and setting up Existing and New Production Line based on NYPS concept

2) Company Activities

• Lead and encourage staff to participate Junken, NYPS and LETs activities.
• Work closely with Yokogawa's Affiliates' members to implement and improve processes.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Ensure NYPS activities are on-going and implemented to Yokogawa's Groups of Companies.
• Ensure Improvement of Processes & Lines and Layout are implemented which allows increasing of Yokogawa Group's capacity and productivity.

Competencies

• Able to communicate and write in Japanese with HQ Japan for presentation and proposals.
• Able to understand Yokogawa products and the strategic directions from the HQ and Singapore management.
