Job Description:
•Assist in data entry, tickets issuing, invoice processing, transport scheduling and CODO tracking.
•Reconcile transaction report to ensure accuracy.
•Cross departments collaboration to compile and organize financial data.
•Maintain and update physical and digital filing systems, ensuring documents are organized and easily accessible.
•Assist in preparing reports and correspondence as needed.
•Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels.
•Assist in Office Event, schedule appointments, meetings, and conference calls, and manage calendars for team members as needed.

Requirement:
Minimum ITE/Diploma certification with 1 year of experience in basic bookkeeping.

Designing, installing, maintaining, and supporting the operation of the organization’s systems and networks.

• Responsible for managing SDLC and new systems implementations for streamlining operations within time and cost parameters as per organizations’ quality standards.

• Write technical procedures and documentation for the applications including production support procedure, user configuration guide.

• Provide technical expertise and solutions in integrating group solution with local systems and to support and enhance existing applications.

• Analyzing system requirements and ensuring that systems will be securely integrated with current applications.

• Defines the detailed object design and interaction, method level implementation details, and code structure needed to implement the technical design and product architecture.

• Review high level design to ensure the application is build-able.

• Creating detailed network and system architecture diagrams.

• Perform root cause analysis in defect resolution and while debugging.

• Providing technical direction and support during large-scale organizational projects.

• Identifies reuse opportunities and designs for reuse as appropriate.

• Monitoring system performance and troubleshooting issues.

• Conducting regular system audits and software upgrades.

• Leads and guides developers in day to day activities.

• Ensuring the constant availability of technical resources.

• Maintaining and improving the technical standards and procedures to ensure system integrity.

• Senior FSM is responsible for ensuring full compliance with fire safety regulations and maintaining all fire safety systems. This includes overseeing the implementation of the building's emergency response plan, conducting regular inspections and fire drills, and ensuring fire safety certification requirement are met.

• Conduct routine inspections of all fire safety systems and equipment.

• Identify and rectify any fire safety deficiencies to maintain compliance with regulations and ensure optimal performance of fire protection systems.

• Organise and conduct regular fire drills to ensure building occupants, including users and tenants, are familiar with evacuation procedures and prepared for emergencies.

• Review and update the building's emergency response plan as necessary to reflect changes in regulations, building layout, or new equipment.

• Prepare and submit annual fire safety report to Authority for the renewal of building's fire certificate.

• Ensure that all fire safety measure meet the criteria for certification and are compliant with Singapore fire safety code and regulations.

• Prepare and submit reports to relevant authorities on fire-related matters, including any incidents, compliance issues, and equipment maintenance updates.

• Complete any other assignments related to fire safety that may be directed by supervisor/snr management.

Job Requirements:

• Certified senior fire safety manager (FSM)

• Knowledge in fire safety codes and regulations.

• Experience in fire safety management, facilities managements, defence sector.
