About the Job

The Assistant Manager will play a key role in building and nurturing relationships within the Peacehaven community outreach especially in our Active Aging Centre (AAC). Duties & Responsibilities

1. The Assistant Manager shall play a key role in the conceptual development of the construction project and oversee the scheduling and coordination of sub-contractors across various trades
2. He/She will be required to plan, lead and monitor progress and performance against the project plan whilst managing the day-to-day operational aspects of projects which includes manpower planning, construction progress monitoring, preparation of master schedule and cost control

• Monitors compliance of all brand signatures in hotel operations, including but not limited to music, scent, decoration, equipment and set-up of facilities and activities

• Liaise with Marketing to work on on-brand promotional materials for CX experiences and programming

Essential Duties/ Responsibilities:

About the role:

Assistant Manager / Team Leader, Housekeeping

These roles ensure our guest accommodation and all areas front and back of the house are maintained in tip-top condition at all times allowing guests to have an enjoyable experience.

What you will do:

The incumbent assumes a very "hands-on" management of the day-to-day operation of the Housekeeping Department by establishing and controlling planned cleaning schedules and working closely with the Front Office to ensure that guest accommodations are ready in a timely manner to Four Seasons standards. Facilities Management (FM)
