Job Title: Senior Project Manager (ID8358)
Location: Bukit Batok, Singapore
Working hour: 5.5 days, Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm, Saturday 8am to 12pm
Salary: $7000 - $12000

Job Description:
- Support in handling client stakeholders, build higher-level relationships and deepen client accounts to assist in on-going business development.
- Oversees and manage multiple project managers and whole project department by aligning projects with long-term goals and objectives.
- Mentors project managers and project team, responsible for leadership development within the team. Track and manage overall operational performance and KPIs.
- Accountable for the project technical design oversight and method statements and support BD team for project tendering, oversee project operations internal SOP documentation and standardisation.
- Oversee, coordinate and optimise project resources, overall project costing and manpower deployment to ensure smooth operations in every projects.
- Identify potential or actual causes of delay and take preventive or remedial actions.
- Accountable to ensure the land and sea equipment are properly taken care during project operations and returned well to Logistics and Marine Department upon completion of projects.
- Coordinate regular inspections (safety meeting, site walk etc) and audits for all projects to ensure project compliance of safety regulations and guidelines.
- Approve project claims and leave applications submitted by Project Mangers in ERP system.
- Coordinate with HR department on overall project recruitment and training’s requirement.
- Prepare and coordinate weekly schedule meeting with project team and management.
- Reports directly to Senior Management, provides higher-level reporting and strategic
recommendations toward overall project operations. Participate in other organisational initiative (ESG etc).

Requirement:
- At least 15 years and above experiences in construction management, civil engineering or project related role.
- Possess Certificate of Project Manager Safety Course and Project Management Course is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft office, Microsoft Project, AutoCAD etc. Knowledge in SketchUp will be an advantage.
- Strong capability in client management and team/people management. High EQ to manage and work effectively with workers and divers from different nationalities and backgrounds.
- Strong organisational and project management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Strong knowledge of relevant regulations, environmental guidelines, and safety standards in marine construction.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Willingness to travel and work on-site, sometimes in remote or offshore locations.
- Physical fitness and the ability to work in various project environments.
- Willing to work beyond standard working hours to respond to client’s requests and project exigencies, whenever required by projects

· Responsible for requirements for HR (work permit renewal, PPE issuance, staff training, recording of overtime/work hours etc)

· Supports daily operations, including data entry, scanning, copying etc

· Prefer applicants with ability to speak Mandarin.

· Any other tasks or ad-hoc duties that may be assigned from time to time by management.
