The successful candidate will play an integral role within the IT Service Management Ops leadership team. Position Summary: As a Restaurant Manager for our Chinese restaurant, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction, and managing a team of staff members. This role requires a commitment to working on weekends and public holidays to maintain smooth restaurant operations during peak periods.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operational Management:

· Ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of the restaurant.

• Extensive network within Southeast Asia’s financial institutions, both private and public.
• Demonstrated ability to engage effectively with diverse business audiences, including C-suite executives, VPs, managers, operational staff, and agents.
• Excellent skills in negotiation, active listening, and delivering impactful presentations.
• Proficiency in English is required; additional fluency in regional languages such as Bahasa Melayu, Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin Chinese, or other Southeast Asian languages is strongly preferred to build client connections.
• Good pitching skills with the either of above languages is preferred.
