This research project aims to grasp dynamic changes in hotel capital investments and their influences on tourism-related local businesses before, during, and after the pandemic on two geographic scales -- region (Asia-Pacific) and city (Singapore). · Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth

· Conduct market research and analyse customer data to enhance products and services

· Negotiate and secure promotional tie-ups, spaces, partnerships and sponsorships

· Liaise and work closely with in-house graphic team, agencies, media, external partners and vendors to ensure successful implementation of marketing activities and deliverables

· Plan and coordinate promotional events, product launches and other activities

· Ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms and materials

· Develop and maintain brand guidelines

· Track expenditures and report on ROI for marketing initiatives

REQUIREMENTS

· Degree in Marketing, Business or Communication its equivalent

· Minimum 5 years of experience in similar capacity in advertising & promotion, social media and digital advertising

· Proven track record in managing multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines

· Strong analytical skills and proficiency in marketing tools and analytics platforms

· Creative thinker with excellent problem-solving skills

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
