RESPONSIBILITIES
ยท Formulate, drive and implement marketing programs and campaigns, including social media and digital strategies, to support marketing objectives across different channels and segments in support of the overall marketing plan and objectives
ยท Analyse and evaluate the impact and effectiveness of marketing programs and campaigns in achieving the objectives, including impact on leads
ยท Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth
ยท Conduct market research and analyse customer data to enhance products and services
ยท Negotiate and secure promotional tie-ups, spaces, partnerships and sponsorships
ยท Liaise and work closely with in-house graphic team, agencies, media, external partners and vendors to ensure successful implementation of marketing activities and deliverables
ยท Plan and coordinate promotional events, product launches and other activities
ยท Ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms and materials
ยท Develop and maintain brand guidelines
ยท Track expenditures and report on ROI for marketing initiatives
REQUIREMENTS
ยท Degree in Marketing, Business or Communication its equivalent
ยท Minimum 5 years of experience in similar capacity in advertising & promotion, social media and digital advertising
ยท Proven track record in managing multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
ยท Strong analytical skills and proficiency in marketing tools and analytics platforms
ยท Creative thinker with excellent problem-solving skills
ยท Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
