Key Responsibilities

HR & Administrative Duties:

• Payroll Management: Process payroll accurately and on time, including statutory contributions. Handle payroll-related queries.
• Recruitment & Onboarding: Coordinate interviews, arrange medical exams, and prepare induction materials for new hires.
• Training & Development: Source, register, and coordinate employee training, including payments and record maintenance.
• Leave & Medical Claims Management: Maintain leave records, process medical claims, and schedule medical exams.
• Supplies & Inventory Management: Track and manage stationery, first aid items, uniforms, and safety shoes, and liaise with vendors.
• Office Equipment & Vendor Coordination: Oversee maintenance and billing for office equipment and manage telecommunication services.
• General Administration: Handle incoming mail, conduct housing inspections, and manage communication.
• Monthly Reporting: Compile and prepare monthly reports on office supplies, uniforms, safety shoes, and medical claims.
• Office Management: Replenish pantry supplies, organize meeting rooms, and plan company events.

Requirements

• Diploma in HR, Business Administration, or HR-related fields.
• Prefer 1 year experience or fresh graduate
• Proficiency in payroll software or HR systems (e.g., Talenox, Infotech).
• Familiarity with local employment laws and statutory requirements and willingness to learn.

Job Descriptions:

• The candidate will work as a member of the BIM team.
• Responsible for the overall development and delivery of the Building Information Model.
• Monitors compliance with BIM execution plans and coordinate file management procedures and protocols for the BIM Model.
• Coordinating with the project teams.
• Managing and review third-party BIM submission and performance.

• Perform quality coordination works with different stakeholders (Developer, Project Site Team, Consultants, Sub-contractors, Internal Project Team) digital models, as well as quality control checks on internal working digital models.
• Extraction of quantities and object information schedules to support other activities such as Estimates and Cost Planning

· Prepare, maintain and ensure conformance to timeline assigned for all project tasks

• Derive workable Project Look-Ahead Timeline
• Ensure team conformance on Project Look-Ahead
• Close assigned Ad-hoc deliverables promptly.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Degree in Engineering (Architectural) or equivalent.
• 5 Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position, preferably in Construction Sector
• Primary Skills: Revit, Auto CAD, Civil – 3D, Navisworks

Key Accountability

• To promote MH as a preferred airline for 5th / 6th freedom travel beyond Indonesia region and increase market share for core routes and premium first and business class traffic.
• Responsible for all commercial activities within Singapore & Philippines region
• Working together with management to develop corporate sales plans and strategies in order to generate new revenue streams for station.
• Monitor performance of stations / agents / corporate clients / analyse and take action in order to achieve POS target.
• Responsible for the compilation and on-time submission of yearly budget for the station /region.
• Achieve targeted business objectives congruent with the Sales & Marketing plan especially the monthly and yearly revenue target for the whole of Singapore & Philippines region.
• Update and be involved in developing competitive products and services in the market.
• Formulate and execute business plans and strategies and ensure improve Company’s performance by achieving station revenue target with profitability and revenue target with allocated budget for operational usage.
• Understand and familiarize every aspect and activity of the business to provide direction and effective decision making at all levels of planning and operations for Stations.

Qualification & Experience
