QUALIFICATIONS

• To ensure that guest at every table receives attention and service.
• To monitor and handle guest complaints by following the instant pacification procedures and ensuring guest satisfaction.
• To collate guests’ feedback and maintain and update the guest history system.
• To prepare a monthly report of guest comments, guest list, and report that assist business decision.
• Have a full understanding of Operating Procedures and their role within these standards.
• Confidently take an order asking all relevant questions linked to the sequence of service.
• Ensure problems are dealt with immediately and proactively with the support of the Outlet Manager

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of managerial experience in lounge environment
• Hotel industry experience is preffered
• Customer-oriented approach and patience
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Hands-on experience in cashier duties

BitDATA Exchange is growing our institutional sales team and looking for passionate, driven individuals with experience liaising with institutional clients.

This role will leverage relationship development and account management skills, process creation and management ability to educate, introduce and inspire new investment with major institutional clients and high-net-worth individuals from a global market.

What you will do:

· Acquiring and developing trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients (global institutional/VIP clients)

· Expanding the relationships with existing customers by sustained communication, understanding of their needs

· Building key customer service processes and systems, formulating management rules, and tracking the status of key customers

· Analysis of user behaviour, finding hidden needs, writing key customer analysis reports, and communicating with various departments to provide optimal key customer service solutions

The Candidate:

· At least 3 years of working experience in sales and client services function with an international financial background in banking, investment etc.

· Client portfolio including institutional clients, HNW individuals, private bank customers with brokers, futures institutions or commercial banks etc.

· Strong communication, ability to be flexible in various situations, excellent relationship maintenance and sales skills, and ability to work under pressure.

· Detail-oriented, results focused individual who can work with minimal supervision.

· A good understanding of assets/ blockchain space.

· Good proficiency of English, and conversational Mandarin is required to liaise with counter parties.
