Drives Wendy’s new franchise recruiting efforts across APMEA for both Traditional & Non-traditional opportunities. Manages all new franchise recruiting programs/processes and drives the recruitment, selection and placement of new APMEA franchisees. Helps to manage efforts of the Global Recruiting Coordinator/Specialist to ensure candidate progression through the pipeline. Job Responsibilities

Tax

Job Description

1. Provide administrative support to the corporate secretarial team, including preparation of documents and invoices
2. To prepare board resolutions and minutes of meetings using templates
3. Update and maintain registers and corporate secretarial records
4. Perform e-filing with ACRA and e-stamping transactions with IRAS
5. Conduct Client due diligence (CDD) procedures and record documentation
6. Reach out to clients for statutory deadlines and reminders
7. Respond to clients queries in a timely and professional manner
8. Work with other departments to ensure that the clients requests and requirements are fulfilled
9. Compliance with the Companies Act and relevant laws, rules and regulations

Requirements:

Job responsibilities

• To be responsible for the preparation of report required by principal and internal stakeholders

• Be responsible on minutes taking and timely submission.

• To coordinate with internal stakeholders on related matters (e.g. Finance, Human Resource Department, etc.)

• To be in-charge of ensuring documents are being submitted timely with compliance to principal and company guidelines.

• Taking ownership of tracking Work in Progress status, follow up and update status to HOD.

• Preparation of the WIP summary for monthly meeting.

• To be familiar with warranty processes and ensure company adhere to warranty policies and guidelines,

• Any other duties or tasks that are assign by Service Manager whenever needed.

Job requirements

Summary:

• Provide support and manage project
