• Supervises and guide the cleaners assigned to an area.

• Follows-up with work instructions given by the Executive related to the cleanliness of an area.

• Ensures all cleaning are safely, properly and systematically carried out meeting the cleaning requirements.

• Supervises daily and monthly planned periodic works allocated to an area.

• Reports in a timely manner all defects, cleaners’ attendance and completion of all duties assigned.

• To troubleshoot maintenance services failures; handling repair and maintenance work, e.g. air-conditioning, lighting, electrical and plumping services

• Carry out regular inspections to the building and its facilities to maintain a high service delivery level

• Planning of work schedules and deployment of manpower

• To supervise, coordinate and manage work activities of cleaning staff in commercial and industrial establishments

• To assign duties, inspect work performed in accordance with the "Daily Inspection Checklist" to ensure conformance to specifications and established standards

• To train new/existing employees and recommend disciplinary actions where applicable.

• To handle all customers’ feedback

• To ensure good safety practices in the course of work.

• Provide a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness within the assigned area

• Manage work execution and performance of junior staff.

• Provide adequate training and coach staff to meet the required contractual standards.

• Conduct daily inspections to monitor and evaluate the work undertaken by staff and take immediate corrective measures to improve below standard performance.

• Implement and recommend operation plans to improve work processes and service quality for the organization

Recruitment:

• To manage the daily operations of Student Acquisitions for full-time/part-time qualification programs.

• To ensure that admissions and acquisitions procedures are followed in line with school policies, CPE, ERF and Edu Trust regulations.

• To be responsible for the development and implementation of student acquisitions and conversion strategies to increase enquiries, applications, and conversion for all courses.

• To regularly provide analysis on enquiries and admissions data to advise the CEO/Director of Student Acquisitions on enquiry trends and market demand on existing course products.

• To liaise regularly (through the Director of Student Acquisitions) with and advise management and on issues relating to recruitment and admissions.

• To manage the planning and co-ordination of local and international outreach events e.g. Open House, Course Previews, Roadshows, Learning Journeys and liaising with relevant departments to ensure successful delivery of the events

• To plan and implement an effective department budget and ensure that all student acquisitions activity is managed within the budget.

Overseas Markets and Agents Management:

• To implement an effective system to manage a network of recruitment agents to generate production, ensure compliance with CPE amd Edu Trust regulations and high service standards.

• To manage all administrative follow ups pertaining to agents' selection, appointment, monitoring, and evaluation

• To source and develop leads in opening potential new markets with value propositions to SHATEC

Business Development:

• To manage the business development of advisory services in licensing, consultancy, and management of educational institutions,

•To be responsible for the negotiation and contract administration, of all advisory services offered.

Others:

• To ensure adherence of operational processes in work areas to compliance requirements stipulated by CPE Edu Trust and ERF.

• To support all school events.

• Any other ad hoc duties.

Contract Period:

• 24 Months - 1 Jan 2025 to 31 Dec 2026

Deployment:

• Mondays to Thursdays: 7:00am to 4:30pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break
• Fridays: 7:00am to 4:00pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break (Tentative working hours, subjected to change based on school time table)
• Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays

Scope of Works:

1. Safety in Food Labs

• Assist teachers with the general safety in the food lab i.e. clean up spills on the floor immediately to prevent slips and falls
• Assist teachers with simple first aid treaments such as cuts and burns

2. Receiving food order

• Receive food items ordered by teachers and check the food items against the delivery order
• Pack other food items with appropriate materials and put in the correct storage areas in the food lab
• Keep teachers informed if food items delivered are not in correct quantity or in unacceptable condition.
• Check for food expiry dates and inform teachers accordingly

3. Before and After Practical Lessons of FCE and NFS

• Wipe teachers’ working tables and demonstration table every morning before lessons.
• Clean and maintain the food lab equipment and room after lessons everyday
• Prepare food items and materials needed for practical lessons
• Wash linens that are used for lessons
• Dispose of kitchen refuse from the rubbish bin and lined the bin with trash bag in both labs after practical lessons.

4. Duties during school holidays and events

• Clean and maintain the lab inventory and equipment, report any defects to materials.
• Maintain equipment and utensils of workstations in both Food Laboratories during school holidays and special events

Responsibilities

• Must be able to handle Full Set of Accounts independently for 3 companies
• Handle accounts receivable and issue invoices timely
• Perform day-to-day accounting activities, maintain records & data entry
• Perform month-end closing
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations and monthly/annual stock count
• Compile and analyse financial information for Manager review
• GST preparation & submission
• Familiar with the use of AutoCount system
• Any ad-hoc duties as assigned from time to time

Job Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Finance or Accounting
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience with full sets of accounts
• Good knowledge of accounting concepts and double entries
• High degree of accuracy and attention to details with an analytical acumen

Job Description:

• Manage the full recruitment process, from job posting and candidate sourcing to conducting interviews and coordinating with hiring managers.

• Prepare and distribute company memos and communications in both English and Chinese to ensure clear and effective communication across all levels.

Job Requirement:

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration or a related filed.
