• Retail Sales Development:

Build the sell-out objectives by brand and by category for the area and per door.

Identify and build the yearly sell-out strategy to gain in market share.

Propose and recommend proactively corrective sell-out actions to improve the business and seize potential opportunities.

Be on the floor to drive sales along with Retail Supervisor (in Singapore) and be pro-active in sharing feedback to RM/AM and action plan to boost sales

• Management of Sales Force:

Manage >10 BC or advanced BC or specialist with individual and collective meeting, adapting expectation and being fair and motivating in the way they are managed

Recruit, follow, develop, and evaluate BC (& promoters), monitoring their motivation, skills, and performance (quantitative and qualitative)

Create a team spirit getting the right person at the right place at the right moment

Organize their planning and zoning in order to maximize the sell out and profitability

Communicate monthly sales target to BCs and follow-up on their achievement.

Work, implement and follow-up on an incentive plan aligned with the sell-out objectives.

• Brand Image, Marketing & Merchandising:

Visit the POS on a regular basis to monitor stock levels, merchandising displays, product mix and take corrective measures when necessary.

Implement the Merchandising and Marketing strategy: be fully responsible for Merchandising execution, implement the planograms per door according to the agreed assortments, ensure the marketing guidelines are applied.

Ensure all POSM, testers and GWP are ordered on time and in a controlled way with the support of Commercial Executive and Retail Supervisor

Liaise with the contractors on the promotion set up and order transparencies for the POS and promotion sites.

Install new counters ensuring qualitative execution and follow up.

• Animations Management:

• Training:

Job Functions & Summary:

Responsible for planning and coordination of restaurant operations and guest relations.

Job Roles & Responsibilities:

(1) Ensure that operations are adequately mannered, taking into account peaks and troughs in demand.

(2) Conduct performance appraisal of all immediate subordinates.

(3) Ensure that Members and guests are attended to and manage employees to provide quality standards for service.

(4) Draw up duty roster of service personnel.

(5) Attend to enquiries and feedback from Members.

(6) Assist Kitchen Operations with input regarding menu items.

(7) Oversee implementation of F&B initiatives affecting outlet seating area and staff.

(8) Ensure that Members and guests are attended to and manage employees to provide quality standards for service.

(9) Oversee the grooming of staff and ensure that the code of conduct is adhered to at all times.

(10) Responsible for keeping records of staff attendance, leave, etc.

(11) Improve processes and workflows to ensure that breakages and wastage of food are minimized.

(12) Oversee restaurant operations to ensure that the outlet is properly set for service.

(13) Produce reports on sales, items and covers sold, and number of guests served.

(14) Ensure that all checks presented are accurately drawn up.

(15) Lead the team and motivate them to contribute to the best of their abilities.

(16) Manage and control linen supplies to the restaurant.

(17) Coordinate with various departments on maintenance of furniture, fixtures and fittings when necessary.

• Global & Regional Campaign Execution: Localize and adapt global partner marketing campaigns for regional markets. Ensure consistent and impactful execution across regions, optimizing for local nuances and market needs.

Required Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 10 years of marketing experience, with a focus on Partner/Channel Marketing. Experience in regional marketing roles, particularly in global, matrix-based, and collaborative organizational settings, is preferred.
• Marketing Knowledge: Strong understanding of digital marketing, content creation, messaging, and execution. Proficiency in inbound and outbound digital strategies, including web, search, social, nurture, and relationship-based marketing.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a proven track record of influencing and collaborating across teams and geographies. Ability to engage with senior executives and communicate at all organizational levels.
