Job Scope:

• Undertake audit in various industries, have a good understanding of the relevant business and risk management issues and is familiar with the regulatory and reporting environment.
• Handle assignments independently.
• Guide and perform review on team members’ audit work.
• Prepare audited / Unaudited financial statements and tax computation

Requirements:

· Relevant educational qualifications

· Minimum 2 years Audit experience

· Good communication and interpersonal skills

· Able to work independently under tight deadlines

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project schedules and timelines
• Study and understand design drawings as well as the project brief and requirements
• Host project meetings and discussions with the design team and contractors
• Manage contractors, suppliers and vendors by assigning tasks, aligning schedules, overseeing all project deliverables
• Coordinate with vendors/contractors, designers or management for site matters
• Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure project compliance and to update relevant stakeholders
• Communicate and address any issues or challenges that arise for site matters
• Practice effective verbal and written communication among all stakeholders
• Facilitate QA/QC checks for all projects during the completion stage
