Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Mechanical / Mechatronics Engineering
• Possess knowledge or past experiences in industrial automation, robotics, vision systems, IIoT, assembly and test process automation solutions
• Minimum 3 years sales experience servicing the Optoelectronics, Semiconductor IDM & OSAT, and Consumer Electronic/Device manufacturing industries.
• Regional travelling is expected.

Jobs Scope:

You are responsible for Business Development of Automation Equipment Programs & Solutions for the Optoelectronics, Semiconductor IDM & OSAT, and Consumer Electronic/Device market segment in line with set Yearly Revenue & GM targets.

You will provide excellent Customers Fulfillment & Satisfaction, Quality and Cost goals through your leadership of a team of Design Engineers, Project & Product Engineers and Site Engineers (Matrix Mgmt) including regular updates of the pipelines.

• Develop a Sales Strategy Plan for business expansion and penetration into these market segment through cultivation and development of industry contacts and building up potential pipelines/prospects to achieve set Revenue and Margin goals.
• Actively pursue and screen potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options; while resolving internal priorities.
• Actively build up a quality pipeline of prospects worth at least 5-10 times the yearly set targets to allow for proper gestation of the on-going prospects.
• Attend to Request for Quote (RFQ) process, from obtaining the BOM and to propose a quotation for Management review for the timely submission to customer to Win the prospects.
• Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
• Identify diversification business opportunities and expand customer bases.
• To establish rapport, relationships & excellent communications with customers and providing excellent customers satisfaction while updating & influencing Snr Mgmt within the company.
• To provide leadership and organization skills in coordinating activities of various interest groups to deliver customer satisfaction and timeline deliveries – from Snr. Mgmt to Design teams to Operations and Site Support teams.
• To provide Sales Pipeline on a -weekly basis and sales projection & forecasts bi-weekly to enable the consolidation of total Company Revenue forecasts.
• To manage the SAP Sales Order entries for won projects ending with the timely invoicing and payments from the customer.

Job Scope :

.Executing trades and manage portfolios to optimize profitability and minimize risks.

.Establishing track record in iron ore, coal, steel scrap, non-ferrous trading.

·Responsible for Company’s consolidated P&L of Steel Raw Materials trading.

·Managing trading, cargo shipment operation.

·Supervising all trading execution process.

·Managing day-to-day operation of sales, procurement and shipment schedule.

·Supervising other types of business related to company’s overseas office as representative of Singapore.

·Responsible for negotiation with Lawyer, Auditors if any dispute occurs in the trading.

·Knowlege and understanding of Arbitration and law.

- Experience

· A profound and comprehensive understanding of the steel mill industry

· 10~13 years of experience in Steel raw materials trading and industry.

· More than 5 years of shipment operation.

· Proprietary Trading, Chartering knowledge (An advertage).

· Advanced understanding in trade (Steel raw materials) and trading.

· High Level understanding in Steel raw materials market (Origin, Destination, Supply & Demand).

· Very good analytical skills in MS office.

· Possess strong network of customers in Asia (Korea, China preferred).

· Able to communicate in Korean with external parties and counter party will be an advantage

Remuneration Package

• Basic salary up to $6,500

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with Project Sales to understand clients’ requirements.
• Ability to liaise with oversea associate to come out with details drawing and visual.
• Work with QS and prepare drawings, costings, quotation and proposal.
• Work closely with Project Sales to manage project tasks and work schedule.
• Meet and present Design proposals to clients.
• Follow-through all required clients’ communications and correspondences.
• Maintain excellent customer relationship.

Requirement:

• Degree/Diploma in Interior Design/Architecture or equivalent.
• Have at least 5 years of relevant experience in commercial fit-out.
• Able to handle commercial projects (Retail F&B and Commercial Office experience is an added advantages)
• Work well in a team, is discipline, positive and willing to learn and grow with the team.
• Knowledge of using ZOOM, Google Docs and MS Office preferred.
• Competent in using software(s): AutoCAD/Google SketchUp/3D Studio Max/Photoshop.
• Flair in creative and have a passion for spatial design.

• Organise, can multitask and detail in work.
• Design and Build projects scale ranging up to $2mill
