Requirements:

- Proven experience in client servicing, maritime operations, or a related field.

- Familiarity with Singapore’s maritime regulations and port operations is a plus.

Monitors and controls the safe and cost efficient technical operation of all assigned vessels using the available resources, within the defined parameters of cost, commercial viability and operational excellence in line with Owners expectations. Ensure environmental compliance policies are upheld.

Ship technical support

• Understands the contractual agreements with customers to be able to deliver the same with regards to the ship management services for each assigned vessel, in a safe and cost efficient manner.

• Monitors the effective operation of the equipment and machineries of the assigned vessels, identifying potential discrepancies from operational standards and proposes and/or implements solutions that will enhance the efficiency, performance and safety of the vessels.

• Participates in the development of the maintenance and repairs plan for the assigned vessels and monitors its accurate execution in order to identify compliance of operations according to time schedule, quality of deliverables and budget.

• Projects the requirements in maintenance and repairs activities, spare parts and technical training of the assigned vessels in order to provide valuable information for the development of the budget and maintenance plan of the vessels. Upon approval, follows-up its accurate execution, identifying, reporting and providing solutions in potential discrepancies.

• Monitors all vessels trading certificates to ensure compliance with existing maritime legislation, safety regulations and operational standard requirements of all regulatory bodies.

• Oversees and monitors the overall technical operation of the assigned vessels, ensures the timely and accurate completion of dry-docking on budget and of other relevant shipboard maintenance and repair activities, in order to support the operational effectiveness of vessels and increase customer’s satisfaction and commitment.

Execution of technical inspections

• Manages all vessel visits, audits and inspections effectively right from planning

Education and Qualifications:

• B.S. degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Marine Engineering, Naval Architecture or equivalent, or

• Chief Engineer’s qualification.

Work Experience:

• 5 years of sailing experience as Senior Officer, or

• 5 years of shore experience as a technical superintendent with a ship management/owning company, or

• 5 year of combined experience of the above positions.

In this role, you will be responsible for the function of demand planning, forecasting, pricing and market analysis for the South East Asia Region.

The Role

Reporting to the Treasury Leader and working in a team, you will manage the liquidity position of the Group, including effecting payments and monitoring receipts, look after all matters relating to bank accounts and cash management platform, reconciliation of cash/account balances (actual vs anticipated receipts) including foreign currency, maintaining up-to-date spreadsheets on a number of accounts. Preferred qualifications

• Leadership & Growth: Experience in developing teams through recruiting, training, mentoring, with proven track record delivering consulting projects
• Technical Expertise: Demonstrated experience in technical consulting, with a focus on cloud solution design and implementation, and an understanding of modern Application Development methodologies and best practices
• Project Excellence: Experience of managing projects with diverse stakeholders (Agile certification advantageous)

Duties

• To market the company range of services to customers in the Asia Pacific Region and to assist the formulation of marketing strategies to achieve sales targets allocated. 
• To work on the preparation of quotes/proposals/agreements and contract liaison with customers on quotes/proposals approval and negotiate final terms and conditions with customers to be provided. 
• To assist the Marketing Manager/Director in the preparation of annual sales and marketing expenses budget. 
• To achieve sales targets as well as Department PO2 targets. (CIP, HSE included) 
• Implement prevention programmes within their activities, ensuring their team members remain informed and play an active role in contributing to HSE development, and seeing that all actions taken help to achieve improvement objectives.
• Assist in preparation of responses to RFPs from the Global Sales Teams and Customers outside of APAC. 
• To manage our Business Partners and ensure Trade Compliance requirements and processes are done and met. 
• Any other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Preferably candidates who have experienced in the Aerospace/Aviation sector.
• Infrequent traveling around region to meet customers (Airlines)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the implementation and transformation of key banking projects to streamline business operations, enhance operational efficiency, and drive innovation across the bank.
• Establish and improve operation processes with cross-functional teams including IT applications
• Utilize business process engineering methodologies to analyze, redesign, streamline and optimize key processes within various teams including but not limited to KYC process, Operations, Risk management, Reporting, etc.
• Work closely with stakeholders to identify process gaps, initiate projects, working closely with the relevant teams for implementation.
• Implement change management strategies to facilitate the bank’s adoption of new operations, technologies, and digital solutions.
• Collaborate with the relevant teams to leverage technology solutions and automation tools to support process improvement initiatives and digital transformation efforts.
• Coordinate any operational or technical issues post-implementation in collaboration with support teams
• Identify potential areas for digitization and automation to improve operational efficiency, enhance customer experience, and drive cost savings.
• Communicate project milestones, risks and outcomes effectively to stakeholders, maintaining clear and consistent update to assess the effectiveness of transformation initiatives.
• Any ad-hoc reporting, coordination or implementation as required for bank’s operations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Information Technology, or related field
• At least 7 years of experience in project management, business process engineering, and digital transformation within the banking or financial services industry.
• Background in consulting with a focus in banking operations is desirable
• Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex transformation projects from initiation to implementation.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to identify process improvement opportunities, analyze data, and drive data-driven decision-making.
• Proven ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment
