Job Responsibilities:

-Formulating annual operation plan, budget, and work plan for the regional restaurants.

-Monitor the achievements of current regional restaurant revenue and prepare a forecast and aim for the next cycle’s budget.

Requirements and skills

· Excellent Communication skills and highly organized, driven adn conscientious.

- Bilingual in English and Mandarin in order to communicate and engage with Mandarin speaking customers.

Troubleshoot equipment faults.

Carry out preventive and corrective action.

Identify root cause in order to fix it first time right within a limited time.

Ensure all work processes comply with quality and safety procedures.

Report to Management timely on any unresolved issues encountered.

Ensure Preventive Maintenance Sheet is carried out and signed every month.

Communicate with customers on any operational enquiries.

Train and coach technicians on how to troubleshoot.
