Program managers should have strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. They should also be client-centric, resourceful, strategic, and proactive, analysis of sales performance and development of sales strategies.

Responsibilities

• Must be able to handle Full Set of Accounts
• Ability to work independently and support team tasks
• Handle accounts receivable/payable
• Perform day-to-day accounting activities, maintain records & data entry
• Perform month-end closing
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations and monthly/annual stock count
• Compile and analyse financial information for Manager review
• GST preparation & submission
• Any ad-hoc duties as assigned from time to time

Job Description

This position reports to the Admin & Finance Manager and interacts with the other Division members withint he company int he daily operations.

Specific Responsibilites

1. Exposure to SysMagic (Integrated Freight System)

2. AP - arrange payment via bank transfer, remittance for overseas payment

3. AR - process SOA, chasing payment, update receipt

4. Filing of all accounting documents

5. Adhoc admin duties

Competencies

1. Active participation in administrative and accounting operations activities

2. How to ensure accuracy, understanding the importances of reconciliation, up to date information

3. Gain experience in integrity & accuracy

. At least 10 years experience

· Willing to work on holidays / work on shifts / change of shift

· Able to stand/work for long hours

· Can work between different locations

· Have relavant certificates

• Ensuring that all food is of excellent quality and served in a timely manner.
• Planning the menu, keeping in mind budget, and availability of seasonal ingredients.
• Overseeing all kitchen operations.
• Coordinating kitchen staff, and assisting them as required.
• Training staff to prepare and cook all the menu items.
• Taking stock of ingredients and equipment, and placing orders to replenish stock.
• Enforcing safety and sanitation standards in the kitchen.
• Creating new recipes to keep the menu fresh.
• Keeping up to date with industry trends.
• Receiving feedback and making improvements where necessary.
