DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Online fundraising campaigns (digital/social media)

1. Develop and execute online fundraising strategies to engage donors and generate financial support for our community services

2. Plan, manage and optimise online fundraising campaigns across multiple platforms, including but not limited to websites, social media, email and crowdfunding

3. Create compelling fundraising appeals, stories and content to inspire donations and engage supporters

4. Utilise data-driven insights to optimise fundraising campaigns, track performance metrics and identify future opportunities

5. Leverage on marketing automation for donor engagement and retention

6. Manage our fundraising campaign budgets to ensure cost-efficiency

Website management

1. Manage overall content, UI/UX and SEO on HCSA websites, with inputs from the respective content owners

2. Oversee the redevelopment of the main website, with eCommerce, payment gateway and conversion tracking functionalities

Others

1. Collaborate within the team and across functions/programmes, to integrate online fundraising with offline fundraising, and align holistically with broader organisational initiatives

2. Stayed informed about emerging trends in philanthropy, online fundraising, digital marketing and user behaviour, incorporating innovative strategies to enhance fundraising effectiveness

3. Other marketing support as needed

QUALIFICATIONS

Experience and Education

1. Proven experience with a track record of successfully managing online fundraising, eCommerce or digital marketing campaigns

2. Strong understanding of digital marketing and fundraising fundamentals and tools — including UI/UX, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, SEO, SEM, programmatic ads

3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling fundraising appeals and donor communications

4. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, track performance metrics, and make data-driven decisions

5. Proficiency in Wordpress CMS, Elementor and CiviCRM is an advantage

6. Proficiency in fundraising systems and platforms, such as crowdfunding platforms and donor management systems, is an advantage

7. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud software (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro, etc.) is an advantage

8. Bachelor’s degree in Nonprofit Management, Marketing, Communications or related fields; postgraduate qualifications are a plus

9. Non-degree holders with a strong track record and demonstrated proficiencies will be considered

1. Passion to work in the social services sector, and advance the interests of vulnerable groups in the community

2. Strong interpersonal skills and a team player with the ability to build relationships with donors, supporters, and team members

3. Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively

Job Responsibilities

• To lead a team of supply chain associates
• To constantly look for alternative sources and strive for cost reductions
• To establish good supply chain management – maintaining a good relationship with vendors and ensure that vendors are meeting the Company’s objectives
• To maintain a desired inventory level through vendor management
• To ensure RFQs for new business opportunities are completed within the Company’s desired timeframe
• Review high value and/or critical items and work with vendors to reduce cost without affecting quality
• Ensure all POs are issued to vendors on time
• Ensure vendors complete POs on time while maintaining desirable inventory level
• Review with vendors on parts quality issues and ensure that corrective and preventive actions are taken by vendors
• Ensure store has sufficient stocks to cover for Sales Orders
• Ensure documents issued to vendors are accurate and complete
• Constant and close follow up on parts required for Sales Orders completion
• Review slow-moving or not-moving items in store and work with vendors to clear potential obsolete components
• Generate reports for Management Review
• Ensure vendors’ invoices are accurate and complete for Finance to process payment

Job Requirements

• Degree in any Business or Engineering field with at least 7 years of experience in supply chain management in an electronics manufacturing industry
• Possess knowledge of supply chain management in electronics manufacturing industry
• Possess forward planning and organising skills
• Able to multi-task and stay committed to the job
• Knowledge on Microsoft
• Knowledge on ERP systems
• Good at problem solving and communicating
• Possess good leadership skills and a team player

Responsibiities

Client Acquisition and Relationship Management

Prospecting: Actively seek out and identify potential clients through networking, digital outreach etc.

Qualification: Assess the potential value and fit of leads to prioritize efforts.

Client Meetings: Effectively communicate the value proposition of our company's services and address client concerns.

Conduct presentations: Deliver compelling presentations to potential clients, highlighting the unique value proposition of our company's services.

Relationship Building: Foster long-term relationships with clients through regular communication, personalized service, and trust-building.

Sales Strategy and Planning

Sales Forecasting: Develop accurate sales forecasts based on market trends and existing company's data.

Sales Pipeline Management: Track and manage the sales pipeline, prioritizing leads and opportunities.

Sales Strategy Development: Create and execute strategic sales plans that align with company's objectives with Management

Competitive Analysis: Monitor competitors' activities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.

Event Planning and Coordination

Collaborate with event team: Work with the events team to ensure client requirements are met throughout the planning process.

Client Consultation: Collaborate with clients to understand their event objectives, target audience, and budget.

Event Execution: Coordinate with clients and internal team on the event execution, including logistics, timelines, and on-site management

Problem-solving: Offer insightful/creative solutions to challenges and opportunities that arise during the event planning process.

Post-Event Evaluation: Analyze event performance and identify areas for improvement.

Market Research and Development

Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and potential challenges.

Customer Insights: Gather and analyze customer feedback to refine services and marketing strategies.

Business Development Initiatives: Propose and implement new business development initiatives to drive our company's market reach and new revenue channels.

Staying up-to-date: Continuously monitor industry trends and developments to identify emerging opportunities and competitors

Reporting and Documentation

Sales Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports, including sales activies/progress, client interation, and contract management. Also, feedback report on client's feedback and areas for improvement.

Compliance: Documentation are inline with company policies and industry regulations.
