We are seeking a skilled and dedicated IT Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for providing technical support, managing hardware and software systems, and ensuring the smooth functioning of our IT infrastructure. Responsibilities:

1. Hardware Support:Manage and maintain CPU, laptops, printers, and door access systems.
   Assign laptops to new employees and troubleshoot any hardware issues.

2. Active Directory (AD) Migration:Prepare and execute the migration of HQ laptops to Azure Active Directory based on regional requirements.

   Administer user access permissions and security settings.

   Collaborate with vendors to resolve any issues or system enhancements.
   
5. Software Support:Provide first-level support for various software applications, including SAP Business One, Enterpryze, Office 365 applications, and HR applications.
   Address user queries and technical issues, escalating complex problems to the appropriate teams for resolution.
   Stay updated on software updates and new releases to ensure smooth operations.
   
6. Software Deployment:Utilize your knowledge and experience to implement and deploy software, particularly ERP and operations-based applications.
   Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to ensure successful software deployment and user training.
   
7. Phone and Communication Systems:Manage and monitor all internal phone lines and communication systems used by employees.
   Coordinate with service providers to ensure reliable phone and communication services.
   
8. IT Infrastructure and Internal Control:Oversee the Internet, firewall, Wi-Fi, and door access systems in the office.
   Maintain internal controls in the IT area to ensure data security and compliance.
   
9. Solution Proposals and Asset Management:Identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and propose new solutions as needed.
   Maintain accurate records of IT assets, including hardware and software licenses.
   

Requirements:

• Proven experience in IT support and operations, with knowledge of hardware and software systems.
