Reporting directly to the Director of Finance. the incumbent will be responsible for managing of overall credit and receivable collection functions of the hotel in the most efficient manner in order to minimize the non-payment of accounts and potential bad debts. He will be responsible for but not limited to the following duties:

• To be responsible for the efficient and effective operation of the Credit & Account Receivable section.
• To ensure that the hotel credit policy and procedure is adhered to in all departments.
• Responsible for developing and maintaining credit relationship with customers, banks the industry, credit organizations and others for the purpose of obtaining and exchanging credit and financial information.
• To be ready and responsible when assigned to perform any other duties as designated by higher management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage artist portfolios while work closely to guide them on their career growth and development plan.
• Develop strategies with teams to promote the artists exposure in the market through audience engagement, digital platforms and promotional activities.
• Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, while analyse the taste and preference of consumers in order to identify key opportunities and develop strategies for artists.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and partners to promote the artist in different platforms in order to gain exposure and recognition.
• Design and execute marketing strategies through promotional campaigns to help artist build online presence, while organiser and promote events to generate buzz around new release from the artist.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in the music industry, with a strong focus on artist development, music promotion, or music business management, particularly in Chinese music. Strong network within Chinese music industry will be an added value.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, fluent in both Mandarin and English.
• Passion for music and the entertainment industry, with a deep interest in Chinese culture and market trends.
• Experience in working with local Chinese artists and music talents, with knowledge in music licensing, distribution and intellectual property rights preferred.
• Experience in managing and building relationships with local media, influencers, and brands.
