Design Assistant

Your primary roles are to create 3D models for RISIS products (jewellery, lifestyle, and sculpture), to operate our Rapid Prototyping (RP) Machine, to do 3D scanning of RISIS products and to do any modifications on the 3D scanned models. You are required to work closely with the Designers (Sculpting, Jewellery & Lifestyle) to generate high quality 3D-printed models for visualization or production purposes. You must analyse, evaluate, and repair CAD models suitable for Additive Manufacturing. This research project aims to grasp dynamic changes in hotel capital investments and their influences on tourism-related local businesses before, during, and after the pandemic on two geographic scales -- region (Asia-Pacific) and city (Singapore). • Examining the significance of sustainable development attributes in explaining the spatial distribution of new hotel development projects across selected cities in the Asia-Pacific region;
• Estimating the influences of new hotel development projects on the establishment of tourism-small business enterprises within and around hotel districts in Singapore; and
• Drawing evidence-based policy implications along with specific measures for cities to rebuild and expand the capacity of urban tourism in the Asia-Pacific region and Singapore.
