The successful candidate will work under the Regional Enterprise Architecture Department. He/She is responsible for the development, deployment, and governance of AI and GenAI solutions. Strategic Planning, Governance, Stakeholder Management:

• Develop and implement a strategic roadmap for AI and GenAI initiatives.

• Conduct evaluations of the Large Language Models provided by the key players in the market.
• Encourage experimentation and prototyping to drive digital transformation.
• Advise on a broad range of technology associated with AI.

Security and Risk Management:

• Implement security measures to protect data and AI models.

Training and Enablement:

• Develop and deliver training programs to upskill employees on AI and GenAI tools.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 8 years of related experiences in IT industry with banking experience.
