• Assist in streamlining and improving the AR / AP process, identifying areas of performance improvement.
• Maintain good communication with all departments as well as customer / vendor
• Perform other ad-hoc assignment and project as and when necessary.

Your role will be to:

• Answer telephone calls, Whatsapp Business messages, and emails
• Schedule appointments for patients
• Meet and greet patients who come to our clinic
• Register patients using clinic management software
• Explain bills to patients and collect payment
• Submit insurance claims
• Handle patient's questions, feedback, and care concerns
• Coordinate various care appointments for patients
• All Admin works relating to clinic
• Keep our clinic running smoothly every day

Responsibilities include

- patient registration & scheduling of appointments, payment collections, corporate and insurance claims

- Assist doctors during consultation

- Assist in managing the clinic to ensure a high level of operational efficiency, including inventory related matters

- Attend to telephone/email/whatsapp enquiries

- Filling and maintaining proper documentation

- Any other administrative or ad-hoc duties

Job Type:

Permanent Full-time, including Saturday mornings (working hours Mon to Fri 8.30am to 5.30pm, and Sat 8.30am to 12.30pm).

Salary: negotiable, $1,900- $2,300.00 per month depending on education, experience and skills
