• Partner with HR team members to implement HR initiatives (e.g., employee engagement, talent acquisition, and staff benefits and wellness).
• Manage and monitor project budgets, timelines, and deliverables.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies, legal requirements, and best practices throughout all projects.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and recommend HR solutions to enhance business performance.
• Maintain strong relationships with internal teams, acting as a trusted advisor on HR-related project matters.
• Analyse project outcomes and provide insights as required.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 6 years of HR related work experience, with a proven track record in managing HR projects.
• Good knowledge of local employment laws
• Work experience in a Social Service Agency is an advantage
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
