Your responsibilities as a Salvage Engineer

• As part of the mobile team, provide support to the Salvage Master/Project Manager at site.
• When at base, assisting the technical manager and the operations manager in the selection of new salvage equipment and setting up the right maintenance procedures.
• Maintaining company owned salvage equipment.
• Sharing knowledge with other engineers about complex ship's systems.

As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive marketing strategy to enhance brand awareness, drive user acquisition, and increase market share. At this critical stage of trial operations and the app’s impending launch, you will play a key role in driving user growth and establishing a strong presence in the Singapore market. Flexibility and adaptability, essential in a startup environment, are crucial to respond quickly to market changes and make effective adjustments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to analyze target users, competitors, and market trends, providing data-driven insights for marketing strategies.
• Brand Building and Promotion: Develop and execute brand-building initiatives to enhance brand awareness and reputation in the Singapore market.
• App Launch Promotion: Lead pre- and post-launch marketing campaigns for the app, including warm-ups, launches, user acquisition, and retention efforts.
• User Growth: Devise and execute strategies to drive user acquisition and engagement across various channels (online and offline).
• Online Marketing: Manage activities such as social media operations, search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), content marketing, and email marketing.
• Offline Marketing: Organize and participate in offline events like exhibitions, ground promotions, and partnership campaigns to expand brand influence.
• Partnership Management: Build and maintain partnerships with merchants, media, communities, and others to identify collaboration opportunities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Media, Business Management, or related fields.
• At least 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in startups or the mobile internet industry.
• Familiarity with the Singapore market and an understanding of local user habits and culture.
• Strong skills in market research, analysis, and strategic planning.
• Proficiency in online and offline marketing techniques, channels, and tools.
• Passion and interest in the local delivery industry.
