What You Will Do

The Project Manager, Essential Health is responsible for driving growth, profitability, and business continuity initiatives for the Essential Health throughout Asia Pacific. Key Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional project teams in a matrix environment from project approval through project completion, partnering with the other functions of the Essential Health Supply Chain VSL/PMO team, manufacturing sites (internal & external), Integrated Planning, Strategic Sourcing, Commercial marketing teams, QA.
• Lead for senior management, sponsors and cross-functional partners for assigned inter/intra-regional projects.
• Lead project risk assessment/management that incorporate for all global and regional project risks in all stages of SPEED (Smart Project Execution & Delivery).
• Work with cross-functional team members to assess feasibility of project scope, FPO (Final Project Objectives), investment and resources, develop detailed project timeline and manage the activities for successful execution of projects.
• Identify and communicate "trigger events" (change in project scope) to senior leaders, providing recommended path forward and applicable alternatives.

• Leadership of regular Core Team meetings, maintains effective communication and working relationships among project core team.

Requirements

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in any field of studies
• Minimum of 8 years of business/work experience required with cross functional experience, for example, but not limited to R&D, Engineering, Supply Chain, Marketing or Finance preferred

You will lead core parts of our fintech platform that will help to accelerate digital businesses. You will be responsible for the vision, strategy and execution of all initiatives that will ensure our customers get the most value out of our fintech products.

What you'll be doing

• Work closely with the Card Issuing lead and other product managers to discover, ideate, develop and launch growth opportunities and customer-centric products in Singapore and Indonesia;
• Identify market opportunities and establish the product vision and strategy for a brand new product line;
• Understand user needs and gather product requirements to build a world-class card issuing platform;
• Write and review product specifications to scope out new products in detail;
• Build alignment across product teams, cross-functional partners (e.g. Marketing, Operations, Business Development, Compliance, etc.) and the Leadership team;
• Develop and prioritize the product roadmap;
• Document user stories and mockups using collaboration tools like Notion, Figma, and Whimsical;
• Define metrics to measure the health and success of our card issuing platform;
• Work closely with developers to design and conduct user acceptance test cases;
• Drive product development with a world-class team of engineers and designers.
