RESPONSIBILITIES:

We are looking for a E-Commerce Manager whose responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

1. E-Commerce Strategy and Management

• Develop and execute a robust e-commerce strategy to drive online sales, growth, and profitability.

4. Operations, Logistics, and Inventory Management

5. Performance Tracking and Analytics

• Report regularly on e-commerce performance and recommend data-driven improvements.

6. Platform Management and Development

• Implement new technologies and features to improve user experience and streamline backend operations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly.

7. Team Leadership and Collaboration

• Build and lead a high-performing e-commerce team, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.

8. Vendor and Third-Party Management

• Monitor third-party performance and ensure alignment with brand standards.

9. Compliance and Risk Management

• Ensure all e-commerce activities comply with legal regulations, including data protection and payment security standards.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-Commerce, or related fields.
• 5+ years of experience in e-commerce management, digital marketing, or a related role.
• Proven success in developing and executing e-commerce strategies that drive sales growth.
• Hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms like Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, or BigCommerce.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau, Power BI) to track and interpret key metrics.

About the Role:

As the manager of APAC-TSC (Technical Support Centre), he is responsible for formulating, enforcing and supporting in the countries of the APAC region for all repair services / technical issues.
