The Service Manager is accountable to ensure a seamless, efficient, and effective end-to-end implementation and execution of assigned ITIL processes.

• Ensure that fire safety requirements contained in the Emergency Response Plan are complied with at all times

Summary:

As General Manager, you lead your management team who represent Engineering, Production, Support, Project Management and Business Control departments. In total you oversee around 35 people of which the majority are located in the Singapore organisation.
