• Support EA to manage IBO team’s calendars.
• Manage official communications, including calls and emails. Act of point of contact between internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist in planning and organizing both internal and external meetings and events. Ensure timely communication and preparation with all relevant parties.
• Assist in reconciling and verifying the IBO team’s travel and entertainment claims in accordance with the Company’s business expense policy. This includes preparing travel requisition and submission of claims, etc via our system.
• Organise and maintain records, files and documents relating to IBO administration
• Assist in drafting and reviewing memos, letters and other correspondences
• Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in handling sensitive information
• Taking detailed meeting minutes
• Administrative duties and any other duties assigned by the Executive Assistant.

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Office Management or equivalent
• At least 3-5 years’ relevant work experience
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• High level of discretion and confidentiality

1. Handle general administrative duties, such as purchasing office supplies, network issues.

2. Preparation & compilations of the relevant documentation/reports, invoices

3. Attend, respond and monitor daily phone and email enquiries

4. Providing support to Manager and other office staff

5. Other duties assigned by the Manager

Job Requirements：

1. Possess at least ITE in Business Administration.

2. At least 1 years working experience in Admin function.

3. Good interpersonal and communication skills.

4. Be diligent, responsible, and attentive to detail.

5. Proficient in MS office.
