This research project aims to grasp dynamic changes in hotel capital investments and their influences on tourism-related local businesses before, during, and after the pandemic on two geographic scales -- region (Asia-Pacific) and city (Singapore). • Ability to analyze contractual and legal issues and provide solutions using appropriate problem-solving techniques
• Proficient and competent in MS Office applications, particularly in Excel.

• Extensive experience managing large-scale construction projects (e.g., infrastructure, MRT projects, and high-rise developments ) will be advantageous.
