Scope of work:

The Pest Control Manager oversees pest management operations. He/She may manage multiple sites or projects concurrently and is able to manage resources effectively. He establishes operational standards and procedures for the organisation and drives the adoption of technologies for enhancing productivity and effectiveness of pest management operations. He is also involved in business development activities, including the development of proposals for getting new contracts, launch of new products and the development of marketing collaterals to grow the organisation's brand.

He is required to balance his time between planning and reviewing progress reports in office, and monitoring of work sites with the aid of technology. He is required to engage with both internal and external stakeholders as part of his work.

Key Task / Responsibilities:

1. PRIMARY FUNCTION

Assist the Area Manager in terms of control and guidance in accordance to company’s policies and guidelines. 1. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Operations

-To ensure proper cash handling controls such as accurate daily cash reports, change funds and petty cash funds.

-Responsible for continuous training and staff development in terms of job knowledge and skills to improve in both service quality and outlet operations.

-To conduct performance appraisals and monitoring staff performance regularly.

Qualifications:

• Education and Licensing:Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent.
  Registered Nurse (RN) license with the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB).
  Certification or training in infection control is highly desirable.
  Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification is required.
  
• Experience:Minimum of 5 years of clinical nursing experience, with at least 2 years in a senior staff nurse or leadership role.
  Proven experience in infection control and management, including handling infection outbreaks and implementing infection control protocols.
  Demonstrated experience in a managerial or supervisory role, preferably in a hospital or healthcare setting.
