Job Description / Key Requirements:

• A degree in Computer Science and/or a business-related degree; or equivalent work experience.
• 10+ years in a technical delivery management in IT services organisations delivery Digital Banking or Digital Channels projects engagements.
• Must have overall 10 to 14 years experience
• Must have Recent working experience in Core Digital Channels/Digital Banking for at least 5+ years.
• Hands-on working experience as a Digital Channels SME / Technical Delivery Manager
• Must have hands-on experience and understanding of Agile and Agile ways of working.
• Must have hands-on experience end-to-end working in Technical and Functional projects delivery.
• 5+ years working experience in banking industry (projects) is a MUST.
• Good to have workin experience in Corporate Banking.
• Successful track record in end-to-end delivery and technical project management.
• 10+ years of experience in technical projects tracking, reporting and governance.
• Must have a good track record of key stakeholder management for technical project management.
• Knowledge in variou Quality frameworks and methodologies.
• Understanding of financial reporting and resources management including managing resources on bench.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical delivery leadership to deliver technology projects on time and within budget for Core Digital Banking/Digital Channels domain.
• Responsible for end-to-end customer satisfaction and overall technical delivery management.
• Engage with in-house functional and technical teams to deliver projects throughout the project life cycle.
• Actively involved in project resources identification and resource mapping for deliver the projects.
• Complete ownership for customer satisfaction and overall delivery excellence.
• Able to identify delivery gaps and ensure capacity management for quick resolutions.
• Responsible for projects financial and projects tracking.
• Act as an advisor to client stakeholders and technical teams on projects delivery management.
• Overall ownership of technical delivery for multiple projects
• Mandatory : Good understanding and experience of Digital Banking/Digital Channels and Agile Ways of Working
• Responsible for client stakeholder technical relationship management.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Reporting directly to the Director of Finance. the incumbent will be responsible for managing of overall credit and receivable collection functions of the hotel in the most efficient manner in order to minimize the non-payment of accounts and potential bad debts.
