What’s the job?

The Regional Product Manager will formulate and execute a regional marketing strategy for the assigned portfolio and lifecycle management to drive revenue and increase market share and competitiveness. This will include analyzing competitor landscape and strategy, identifying market and country trends, different customer personas’ pain points, and how to translate that into customer solutions that you can communicate through audience-specific content. The incumbent will also focus on customer segmentation, target market needs and trends, and understanding country needs and dynamics to deliver innovative programs to grow sales opportunities and customer adoption.

Product Marketing

• Develop and execute strategic product marketing plans for assigned products among portfolio of TIS products.
• Analyse market trends and the competitive landscape to determine optimal pricing for products and developing promotions that will drive customer engagement and sales.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product features and solution/therapy benefits, translating them into compelling marketing messages.
• Create targeted campaigns to promote specific products, ensuring alignment with overall marketing strategy of TIS business for the region and for specific entities.
• Collect and analyse customer feedback to refine product positioning and marketing strategies.
• Monitor and report on campaign performance, adjusting tactics as needed to achieve TIS regional objectives.

Market intelligence and insights

• Conduct market investigation to capturing market intelligence and customer insights through various channels, to identify opportunity for growth and product differentiation and work with entities on strategy and execution plan
• Analysis of trends in terms of competitor activities / market share, new products in the market, product usage, customer preferences, sales performance, customer feedback, current growth patterns, etc.
• Report out on market research for the assigned product line to Commercial and Associate Marketing Directors.

Development of Marketing & Training contents

• Create sales enablement materials for the product, involve developing materials such as product brochures, sales presentations, testimonies, statements, and case studies that sales teams can use to effectively communicate the value of the product to potential customers.
• Obtain approval on content developed for marketing and promotional activities from relevant TAP and Global TIS governance
• Provide and training countries’ sales and marketing team on product and marketing collaterals
• Ensure update and abreast entity with latest material and content through structured communication and in TIS Intranet

Marketing and Promotion

• Drive implementation of Marketing and Promotion strategies / plans for assigned product portfolio and solutions that create strong brand value, customer retention and business outcomes
• Design and execute programs (events, campaigns, etc.) and contents (digital and physical) through various touchpoints in customers’ buying journey to drive targeted market share, conversions, and revenue growth
• Support countries in participation in conferences, designing and execution of effective workshops, seminars, trainings, and other partnerships that helps in presenting the value proposition.

Special projects

From time to time, lead and deliver special assigned projects to support TIS business growth and expansion, including annual Kick-Off Meetings, NPIs, etc.

Testing & Commissioning Manager

1. Job Description:

· Developing testing & commissioning plans and procedures for SCADA systems

· Conducting site visits to ensure that SCADA systems are installed according to design specifications

· Conducting testing to ensure that the system is functioning safely and efficiently

Team Summary

The Solutions team in Visa Direct is responsible for Discovery & Implementation of New customers whilst helping existing clients on upsell/upgrade projects.
