Manager – Franchise Recruiting (APMEA)

As a key member of the International Business Development team, the Manager – APMEA Business Development plays a critical role in helping this vision come to life by leading the franchising efforts for new market entries across Asia Pacific and Middle East and Africa. In this role, you will support Wendy’s International brand growth plan by driving the strategy, process, tools and teams required to effectively identify, evaluate and select new multi-unit and master franchise partners through the execution of new unit Development Agreements. Position Description

Drives Wendy’s new franchise recruiting efforts across APMEA for both Traditional & Non-traditional opportunities. Manages all new franchise recruiting programs/processes and drives the recruitment, selection and placement of new APMEA franchisees. Helps to manage efforts of the Global Recruiting Coordinator/Specialist to ensure candidate progression through the pipeline. Manages relationships with local 3rd party franchise recruiting agencies and partners to help drive new candidate lead generation. Manages and evolves reporting and tracking for prospective franchise candidates. Establishes and converts leads into new franchisees. Qualifications Requirement

The role holder, reporting to the Assistant Group Financial Controller in day-to-day operations, is responsible for tax, audit and reporting activities of the group in compliance with local & international tax regulations, Financial Reporting Standards, and Group accounting policies & guidelines.

Tax

• Provide support for the tax components of Group direct and indirect taxes, ensuring adherence to local country tax mandates.
