Responsibilities:
ā¢ Manages and coordinates a team of drafting and detailing engineers, cost estimators, fabrication and project team
ā¢ Ensures proper planning and execution of projects to meet or exceed performance indicators in terms of quality and timeframe
ā¢ Oversees the planning of project operations and resolves technical and scheduling issues on-site
ā¢ Main point of contact and liaison between project teams and the client's representatives, consultants, and relevant authorities
ā¢ Review contract, design drawings, specifications, and bid documents
ā¢ Implement effective contract and claim management to increase the contractual margin and protect the Company against liability claims
ā¢ Site visits to review the progress of your job
ā¢ Monitor compliance of work with workplace safety and health regulations
ā¢ This job description is not all-inclusive and may include other duties as assigned
ā¢ Candidates should be able to manage multiple projects of various sizes and levels of complexity.
Requirements
ā¢ Minimum 5 years of Project Management experience.
ā¢ Diploma or equivalent Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Structural/Civil Engineering
ā¢ Experience with fabrication and installation of structural steel and miscellaneous metals
ā¢ Strong analytical, written, and verbal skills.
ā¢ Strong computer skills, including AutoCAD, Microsoft Office Suite Project setup
