The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to the CEO and other Executive Committee members. Reporting directly to the CEO, the Executive Assistant provides executive support in a one-on-one working relationship. • Assist in data collection, including administering surveys, interviews, and assessment tasks
• Assist in data entry and processing
• Contribute to the dissemination of research findings including preparing academic publications and research reports.
• Assist with any other duties as assigned by Principal Investigator.

Project Title: Identifying and assessing integrative STEM competencies for secondary school students in Singapore.

Project Introduction: The proposed research is an exploratory study on what constitutes key STEM competencies and how the assessment of these key STEM competencies can be integrated with-in the school curriculum through a learning progression approach. There are three main objectives to the proposed project. First, we aim to identify key integrative STEM competencies for secondary school students by reaching a consensus amongst subject matter experts on these constituents.

Second, we aim to select one top ranked STEM competency, that was identified in the first aim, to assess, monitor and develop systematically. Accordingly, a learning progression of one essential competency will be developed and validated.
