REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree required

• 5+ years of project management experience, including the ability to build, lead and work with

cross-functional teams of at least 5 – 10 team members to deliver projects

• A proven record of accomplishment in successfully managing and implementing projects of

varying levels of complexity using Agile methodologies in high-tech development

environments

• Expert knowledge of both Agile and traditional project management principles and practices

with the ability to blend them together to fit a project and/or business environment

• Solid understanding of and proven experience in using appropriate tools:

o Agile Project Management tools such as Jira or equivalent

o Microsoft Project, Visio, and all Office Tools

• Experience working with multiple delivery and business partners’ teams

• Experience in client facing roles, including consulting

• Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management

• Possess a unique blend of business and technical savvy

• Strong SDLC skills and understanding

• Technical background including cloud, framework, Artificial Intelligence (AI) and data analytic

technologies preferred

Fleek Salon is a beauty salon located at the Heart of Jurong west market. Our company have been in the beauty industry for over 15 years. Our clients are mainly from the neighbourhood with large customer base. We offer a huge variety of hair services for our clients as well as other beauty services such as facial and TCM treatments. We are expanding and our new shop requires new enthusiastic beautician who are not only outgoing but also a competent team player in order to work with other associates to promote wide variety of beauty packages and services to our customers.

Basic requirements:

-Consultant experience needed for managerial roles otherwise beauty industry experience.

- 6 days work week
- Other ad-hoc duties instructed by the manager
- Promote wide range of services and packages
- Excellent customer service and communication

- Able to commute well with peers / a team player
- Able to speak basic Chinese and English to maintain good after-sales relationship with different racial clients. (Most clients speak English and Chinese only)
