Job Overview

The Process Engineer helps in the technical processes of the Production Department. He/She ensures that the Processes and Methodology within the Production Department is technically sound and cost efficient.

He/She analyses Production and Relevant External Data for the Process Engineer to come up with New Strategies to Raise the Efficiency of Operations and Processes in the department. These include Assessing Viability of New Machinery, Introduction of more efficient tooling and Optimisation of important Production Parameters. He also collaborates with other departments such as QC/QA and Planning in Turntech Precision to ensure the Organisation’s KPIs are met.

Most importantly, he/she also is hungry to learn to get up to speed with his/her peers. He/She should also be a team player with the hard and soft skills to direct and motivate his/her teammates to reach production goals.

In this role, we hope to nurture leadership qualities to take charge and ownership of continuous improvement initiatives to further enhance the effectiveness of his/her department.

Food Assembly Assistant reports to Catering Supervisor (Pre-set) through the Catering Officer and his/her duties are as follow:

1. Preset Business, Premium Economy and Economy class meals on trays according to airline's specifications.

2. Collect all the required food items for preset.

• Provide timely and accurate responses to queries received via email and telephone pertaining to payroll, benefits and claim reimbursement.

• Perform case logging to prepare monthly reports for submission to the Authority.

• For cases which require inputs from other stakeholders, to track and follow up with reminders in order to ensure case closure.

• Escalate sensitive cases or highlight surge in case volume for Management attention.

• Minimum Diploma holder, preferably with experience in customer service

• Excellent communications and interpersonal skills

• Desire to go the extra mile for customers

• Meticulous with keen attention to details, service oriented and a good team player

• Proficient in Microsoft officer applications (Words and Excel). Knowledge of SAP-HR is an added advantage

We are a SME for building materials, looking for individuals who would like to join us as Assistant Store Supervisor/Supervisor.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Overseeing incoming / outgoing stock
• Arranging of stocks First-In-First-Out (FIFO)
• Other Ad-hoc duties
• must have experince in handling of forklift
• unstuff / Receive of goods at the warehouse
• check and record the quantity of incoming /outgoing goods
• store documentations pertaining to stocks received, stocks issued and stocks balance
• Ensure good & clean housekeeping and safe working conditions at all times

Requirements:

• Min qualification High school diploma
• At least 2 yrs of work experience required
• 5.5 day work week
• hardworking & service-oriented, willing to be part of a team
• friendly & helpful in dealing with employees and customers.
