Responsibilities

• Plan & Implement overall site organization & resources.
• To map out overall Master Programme.
• To set project's target & in alignment to company's objective/ goals.
• To oversee the project team and sub contractors in delivery of project in accordance to approved contract completion date/ stipulated phases.
• To ensure quality delivery of the project by meeting of Client's expectation and satisfying relevant authority and regulatory compliances.
• To approve short-term/phasing work schedule(s) submitted by subordinates.
• To liaise with Architect/Consultants in all aspects of construction matters during the site progression phase.
• Submit monthly report.
• Submit variation order & EOT claim.
• To resolve all site issues.

Project Budget Control

• Plan and monitor preliminary cost budget to ensure project cost within approved budget.
• To map out Projected S-curve for project financial cash flow.
• To implement control measures on material / plant & equipment / utilities usage.
• Control of direct labour costs in labour allocation and working of overtime & etc.

Key Responsibilities

• Office Operations ManagementManage and coordinate all aspects of office operations, including administrative tasks, office layout, and maintenance. Ensure a clean, organized, and safe office environment by overseeing housekeeping, maintenance, and adherence to safety standards. Develop and enforce office policies and procedures to streamline operations.
• Vendor and Inventory Management: Coordinate with vendors for office supplies, equipment, and service needs, ensuring competitive pricing and quality. Oversee facility management, including liaising with property management for repairs, security, and other building-related matters.
• Human Resources Support: Assist in onboarding new employees, including setting up workspaces, access credentials, and coordinating orientation sessions. Manage employee records, attendance tracking, and leave applications in collaboration with the HR team. Coordinate company events, meetings, and employee engagement activities to promote a positive workplace culture.
• Administrative Support: Serve as the point of contact for incoming calls, mail distribution, and general inquiries. Prepare and distribute internal communications, reports, and other administrative documents. Organize meetings, schedule appointments, and coordinate travel arrangements for executives and staff.
• Budget and Expense Management: Track office expenditures and manage the administrative budget, ensuring cost-efficiency. Process invoices, expense reports, and petty cash, coordinating with the finance team to maintain accurate records.
• Health, Safety, and Compliance: Ensure the office complies with health, safety, and environmental standards, including OSHA regulations and local compliance requirements. Conduct regular safety checks and ensure emergency plans are in place, including fire drills and first-aid procedures.
• Provide secretarial support to Managing Director

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or equivalent work experience.
• Min. 5 years of experience in office management, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a high level of attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster a collaborative work environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with office management software.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and regulatory compliance is a plus.
• Possessed Singapore Class 3 Driving License, a company car is provided
• Excellent level of verbal and written English and Chinese

Start Date:Employment is anticipated to commence in February or March 2025.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Look into the company’s BIM Project Deployment Plan and develop BIM Project Execution Plans, BIM collaboration, documentation, enforcement, monitoring and workflow to meet the project.
• Work closely with project teams to provide solutions for BIM related technical issues. Assist project teams and design teams with BIM implementation
• Set up processes & workflows for efficient delivery of the project BIM deliverables.
• Set guidelines for internal and external model exchanges between project stakeholders and monitor its progress
• Attend client meetings & lead the decision-making process affecting the BIM deliverables
• Liaise and coordinate and other trades for cross-team support on BIM software
• Regularly meet with key project staff to update on progress. Document meeting minutes highlighting key action point. Ensure the issues highlighted are resolved, concluded and monitored for resolution provided by the design team.
• To oversee the BIM Coordination and daily management of BIM project data sets/workflows and project set up
• Collaborate with team and other relevant departments to ensure all drawings are in order as per design requirements.
• Any other duties deemed necessary and as assigned by the Senior Management.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Certificate in AutoCAD Autodesk advanced module.
• Certificate in Revit MEP Autodesk advanced module.
• Higher NITEC / Diploma in Mechanical engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in M&E drafting using AutoCAD, Revit and BIM preferably from Construction industry.
• Outgoing personality with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and target oriented in a stressful environment.
• Ability to work well in a team and demonstrate initiative and commitment.
• To be able to converse in English and work effectively with Internal staff including Site Foreman, Supervisors, Engineers, Managers and Client’s BIM representatives.

Job Description:

You will…

• help ensure efficient allocation of baristas are assigned to each of our restaurants by working closely with relevant departments such as the respective Restaurant teams and the Human Resources (HR) team.
• lead a team of baristas, help manage inventory, and maintenance of equipment, all while fostering a strong passion for coffee and a positive connection with our customers.
• be tasked with training and supervision of new and current baristas, as well as other colleagues in our Restaurants by fostering a positive and collaborative team environment through well-planned and effective execution of required knowledge and skills in the preparation and delivery of our beverages.
• safeguard the preparation of high-quality coffee and other beverages, adhering to established recipes and standards to enhance existing skillsets and knowledge about coffee and other beverages, preparation techniques and recipes, and safety procedures.
• ensure the highest level of customer service excellence is always upkept, such as addressing customer needs and any possible feedback efficiently and smoothly.
• help monitor required inventory levels, order supplies, and manage stock to minimize wastage and maintain product availability.
• be responsible for sales reporting of the bar in our restaurants, as well as assist in budgeting and forecasting where required.
• ensure that all health and safety practices are strictly upkept as per policies and regulations.
• be open to any other skill-development or ad-hoc tasked as assigned by your supervisor.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 4-years related experience as a senior barista, assistant manager or manager in a similar bar, cafe and / or restaurant environment.
• Genuine love and passion for coffee and other types of beverages in general.
• Able to work shifts depending on business needs, as well as weekends and public holidays.
• Excellent communication skills with positive, interpersonal skills.
• A team player with a good sense of job responsibility and a keen eye for detail.
