Job Descriptions:

• Assist the credit control team in maintaining full and timely payments from clients
• Conduct regular client account reconciliations
• Work collaboratively with the team to action payment queries and disputes from clients
• Monitor and follow up on debtors' balances
• Manage customer invoices and prepare statements for distribution
• Prepare aging reports and escalate potential credit risks
• Ensure timely and accurate filing of relevant document
• Assist with managing and maintaining the debt collection process.
• Monitor and action the credit control inbox.
• Maintain customer account details and records.
• Resolve invoice and payment discrepancies.
• Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Provide feedback and support to the credit control team as required.
• Perform other administrative duties as required.

Requirements:

• N/O Level/ITE/Diploma in any field
• At least one year of experience in a finance-related role
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Detail-oriented and comfortable ensuring that work meets quality standards
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
