• Liaise with customers and suppliers regarding enquires and offers
• Preparation of Letters of Credit for issuance (Import & Export)
• Preparation and execution of sales & purchase contracts
• Preparation of import and export shipping documents for Bank L/C negotiation
• Any other adhoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma in related fields
• Min 1 year experience in shipping documents and familiar with LC
• Proficient in Microsoft Office application
• Monday to Friday (9am - 6pm)
• Location: Orchard
• Salary: Up to $3500

The position requires a M.Eng./M.Sc. in Engineering Product Development/Information System/ Mechanical/Electrical and Electronics/Computer Engineering or a related area.

Candidates are expected to possess experience in field robotic systems as evidenced by developmental project experiences/publications. Strong commitment to research and development is essential.

Responsibilities:

· Provide administrative and marketing support.

· Responsible for issuing and follow-up sales orders processes.

· Sorting out of Invoices, filing and attachments.

· Any others Sales and Administrative duties.
