JOB SUMMARY

The purpose of the role is to

• To assist the branch manager in managing the branch to achieve the team sales target by maximizing new business/acquisition/referral opportunities and deepening existing customer relationships to the specified service standards for the differing segments, while ensuring robust sales process and stringent service standards in compliance with local regulatory requirements.

Job Scope:

• Maintenance of accounts payables (AP) creditors' records, including IBG payment records
• Collation of AP from all centre and keying-in to the GP Dynamics Financial Software
• Batching of AP for Interco billing, fixed assets processing and payment
• Reconciliation of AP sub-ledger to general ledger
• Running of monthly AP Aging Report and AP Payment twice a month and also process ad-hoc payments whenever required
• Processing of AP Payment via computer cheques and manual cheques
• Performing accrual of revenue for selected centers on monthly basis
