• Responsible for supporting partnering institution's full go-live lifecycle (pre-sales, solution design, integration, go-live and after-sales operational excellence);
• Be the subject matter expert on knowledge of digital payment and remittance service and APIs, and international industry-standard integration methods and best practices;
• Act as the internal product advocate for our partners to drive product inprovement strategy and contribute to the overall product roadmap
• Formulate new internal processes and rollout plans which involve coordinating acros multiple internal functions including operations, product and technical teams for new product features releases
• Client engagements to ensure the best implementation and cross-border remittance best experience and practices

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Business/ Finance / Economics / Computer Science, with strong interests in developing a career in FinTech payment space.
• Minimum 5 years of global experience in digital payment and remittance space, with extensive experience in implementation, product management, product delivery, product solutionining and client support.
• Excellent proficiency in both English and Chinese Mandarin in order to manage internal and external stakeholders from vast backgrounds and craft technical documents and materials in both languages
• Being innovative, have strong problem-solving capabilities and able to adapt to new processes and procedures quickly, while dealing with many varied product support requests and challenges
• Possess excellent team management capabilities, project management, and resource coordination capabilities, and able to effectively accelerate implementation of cooperation projects

About the Role:

As the Product Manager, you will guide the direction and execution of our AI solutions, working closely with overseas engineers and local stakeholders. You will shape product strategy, manage the product roadmap, and translate emerging AI capabilities into products that deliver real value to our customers. Key Responsibilities:

• Product Strategy & Roadmapping: Develop and maintain a clear product vision and roadmap that aligns with overall business goals, ensuring timely and impactful delivery of features.
• Market & User Research: Stay on top of industry trends, competitive offerings, and evolving customer needs to shape product enhancements.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the overseas engineering teams, AI Engineers, and Backend Developers to translate high-level concepts into actionable technical requirements.
• Execution & Delivery: Define product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria; prioritize backlog items; and ensure smooth and timely releases.
• Performance Measurement: Monitor product performance using key metrics (e.g., customer engagement, conversion rates), gather feedback, and iterate to improve the product.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 3-5 years in product management, preferably in a fintech or AI-focused environment.
• Technical Acumen: Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, especially NLP, and ability to understand technical constraints and opportunities.
• Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication, with the ability to present complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Agility: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup setting where you can swiftly adapt to change and continuously learn.
• Able to communicate in mandarin to liaise with mandarin-speaking counterparts.
