JOB DESCRIPTION

• Assist in preparing resources for teaching & learning activities (e.g. lesson, enrichment, competition, exhibition, recycling campaign, garden trail, etc)
• Set up science laboratory / makerspace before activity and clear up after activity
• Organise the storage of learning materials (e.g. apparatus, equipment, printed resources, perishables, etc)
• Ensure learning materials are well-maintained and well-stocked (includes simple cleaning, drying, stock-taking, etc)
• Assist in purchasing learning materials
• Maintain cleanliness of two science rooms and one makerspace room
• Assist in any other teaching & learning related duties as assigned by Teacher-in-charge, Level Head or Head of Department

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Able to properly handle science laboratory apparatus
• Basic proficiency in spoken and written English
• Organised and attentive to details
• Able to multi-task, work independently and meet deadlines
• Able to communicate with teachers through WhatsApp
• Additional preferred qualifications, skills and experience:

1. Prior working experience in science laboratories and/or primary school environment
2. Relevant working experience in science education
3. GCE “O” Level science subjects
4. Basic proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel

WORKING HOURS

• Mondays to Fridays: 7:30am to 2:00pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break (Bishan)
• Mondays to Thursdays: 7:30am to 4.30pm, Fridays: 7:30am to 4:00pm, inclusive of 0.5hr lunch break (Tampines)
• Mondays to Fridays: 8.30am to 5.30pm
• Depending on the school needs
• Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays, school holidays and days

• Assist E-Commerce team to build and support Giordano Singapore's E-Commerce business on the key marketplaces on proprietary, Qoo10, Shopee, Zalora.
• Maximize onsite exposure for the brands including day-to-day events as well as big campaigns.
• Campaign management and onsite investment planning alongside platform brand teams.
• Maintain store ratings and KPIs tracked by marketplaces.
• Liaise closely with Warehouse and Sales team via in-house inventory system for inventory control and shipment orders.
• Helm customer service.
• Data reporting and analysis for E-Commerce trends and weekly E-commerce reports.

Requirement

• Higher NITEC Certificate / Polytechnic Diploma
• E-Commerce/retail (1-2 years) – E-marketplace experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint.

• Campaign planning & execution experience.
• Client management.
• E-Commerce supply chain, data reporting and analytics experience is a bonus.

- Ensure all follow-up / rectification work on any defect reported by the outlets are attended to and completed promptly

- Any other duties as assigned by Superior

Requirements:

- Hands on person who is able to work independently

- Good interpersonal and communication skills

Summary:

This role supports the Technical Supervisor on the maintenance and servicing of the facilities and attend to all customers’ deliveries efficiently and professionally on a timely basis.

1. Driving and Vehicle Operation: Operate and maintain a delivery vehicle, ensuring it is safe and in good working condition.
2. Loading and Unloading: Safely load and unload boxes, ensuring secure transport and proper handling at customer locations.
3. Customer Service: Communicate with customers about delivery schedules, address any issues, and ensure accurate delivery with proper documentation.
4. Documentation and Record-Keeping: Handle delivery paperwork and complete administrative tasks, such as filling out forms and reporting maintenance statuses.
5. Time Management and Physical Tasks: Manage time effectively to meet delivery deadlines, perform physical tasks like lifting and carrying boxes, and handle routine building maintenance duties.

Requirements:

• Possess valid Class 3 driving license
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical and carpentry is a plus
