• Monday to Friday 8.30am to 6pm (Including of 1 hour of lunch break)
• Saturday (Alternate) 8.30am to 1pm

Hao Ren Hao Shi 好人好事is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing essential provisions to those in need in our community. Our mission is to improve the lives of the underprivileged and families in need by providing essential supplies and provisions, bringing convenience, confidence, joy and hope to the beneficiaries and volunteers, regardless of race or religion.

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized Warehouse Assistant cum Delivery Driver to support our charity efforts. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the accurate tracking and management of inventory in our warehouse.

Responsibilities:

· Maintain accurate inventory records of all provisions received, stored, and distributed

· Assist with the receiving, sorting, and storage of all provisions received in our warehouse

· Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies as needed

· Prepare provision for weekly distribution and ensure accuracy and completeness

· Load and unload delivery vehicles safely and with care

. Safely transport goods to specified locations

. Load and unload goods frmo the vehicle at delivery and pickup points

. Assist with any ad hoc tasks related to warehouse or transportation as assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

· Class 3 or 4 driving license with a clean driving record

· Able to drive 14ft lorry

· Able to operate reach truck

· Process Forklift licence is an advantage

· Prior experience working in a warehouse or delivery role preferred

· Ability to lift and carry heavy objects and perform physical tasks as needed

· Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management

.Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends during community events or campaigns
