Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a cross-functional team (Onshore/Offshore) in the Trade Finance domain.

• Plan, execute, monitor, and complete application development projects within the Trade Finance domain.

• Provide ongoing support to users, addressing queries and concerns promptly.
• Collaborate with vendors and relevant teams to investigate and resolve reported issues.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation, including user manuals, technical specifications, and change logs.
• Ensure that the application complies with all relevant regulatory and security standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 15+ years of experience, with a strong focus on Trade Finance implementations and IT project management methodologies.
• In-depth knowledge of Trade Finance processes, including export/import, bank guarantees, and supply chain finance.
• Experience with CGI T360/TPS trade finance product is a must.
• Knowledge of syndication loans and Finastra LoanIQ is a plus.
• Familiarity with Java/J2EE,Oracle DB,SQL,Unix/Linux,IBM WAS, DB2, MQ, and IIB is advantageous.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong experience with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and exposure to Agile methodology.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional and offshore teams.

The role

The Senior Account Manager will be the key project contact with internal teams, clients and other agency partners/vendors, ensuring seamless communication and delivery across all projects. In addition to managing external client work, another key part includes overseeing key internal platform/application projects to drive operational excellence and innovation.

In this role, you will support our Vice President, Commercial for key internal platform and application projects, as well as our Associate Account Director in projects and pitches. Responsibilities include end-to-end project management (pitch-execution-reporting), budget and timeline development, external vendor liaison and nurturing long-term relationships with stakeholders.

To excel in this position, it is of utmost importance that you have a background in platform/application management or Media, alongside Account Management experience in the Marketing/Advertising field.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of internal and external projects independently from end-to-end, managing both internal and external teams to deliver high quality deliverables.
• Support Associate Account Director / Vice President, Commercial in pitches and/or ongoing projects.
• Effectively manage project scope, quality, timeline, budgeting and finance processes from end-to-end.
