The Role:

As a Retail Assistant at COZY, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional experiences to our customers. Your responsibilities will include:

• Welcoming customers with a smile and providing guidance as they create their jewelry.
• Assisting with store operations, including managing materials, maintaining a tidy and inviting space, and handling the cash register.
• Contributing creative ideas and input to help improve and grow the COZY concept.
• Working collaboratively with the team to ensure the smooth running of the store.
• Creating a welcoming and inspiring environment where creativity can thrive.

• Friendly and outgoing: You love interacting with people and making them feel welcome.
• Naturally helpful: You go the extra mile to assist others.

• 18 years or older.

Experience with DIY jewelry is a plus (hobby level is great!): While not required, familiarity with jewelry-making is an advantage.

Working Hours:

This is primarily a full-time position starting on 1 February or thereabout. The role involves both weekday and weekend shifts. We understand the importance of work-life balance and will work with you to create a schedule that suits both you and the team.

• Expected hours: 30 – 44 hours per week
