JOB DESCRIPTION

• Assist in planning and tracking project schedules, tasks, and deliverables
• Maintain project documents, reports, and records for easy access and updates
• Provide administrative and logistical support to project teams
• Organize and schedule project meetings, preparing agendas and taking minutes
• Track the status of project milestones and update stakeholders
• Assist in managing project resources, including materials and budgets
• Coordinate communications between team members, clients, and stakeholders
• Address minor project issues and escalate concerns when necessary
