My client is looking to start up a F&B business in Singapore, selling bento boxes.

- To oversee the Central Kitchen which will be supporting 3 outlets
- To oversee the 3 outlets.
- The proposed concept is that of a simple take away food box (bento box) with soup. At the outlet, the staff will only need to pack and sell. Only item that is kept warm/ heated is the soup.
- Candidate will need to know the preparation process in the central kitchen but the daily preparation of food will be done by a kitchen helper/ hand.
- Will be in charge of stock as well as procurement.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety and hygiene standards

The primary accountability of the role is to lead within Deliver workstream and to define, harmonize, and deliver Global ERP capabilities design and deployment, while delivering to the timeline and requirements provided by the Business Process Owner (BPO) and Subject Matter Experts (SME). The Senior Manager must drive alignment between BPO, GPO, SME’s, IT, and the project team to enable the solution and process blueprint in the ERP and the ecosystem.

The Senior Supply Chain Manager will be an authority within their functional space and strive to deliver core business capabilities and products to meet critical business process needs within the Deliver area.
