Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering recognised by the PE Board.
• At least 7 years as a Project Manager experience in tendering of new Building Construction Projects in Singapore for Mega Projects.
• Strong knowledge in all aspects of construction projects including budgeting, and scheduling and able to understand project implications.

Key Responsibilities of a CSA Construction Manager:

1. Project Planning and Coordination:Create construction schedules and allocate resources (materials, labor, equipment).
   Estimate costs and manage the budget to avoid overruns.
   
2. Design and Technical Oversight:Ensure designs are accurate, meet codes, and align with client specifications.
   Work closely with engineers and architects to ensure the project is feasible and safe.
